2. What You Can Do
Analyze any repository you own or have permission to analyze Download and use your analysis results Use the API and MCP server for integration 3. What You Can't Do
Analyze repos you don't have permission for Reverse engineer or copy our analysis algorithms Attempt to harm our infrastructure or other users Share your account with others Use the service for illegal purposes 4. Your Account

5. Pricing & Payments
Token Packs
Purchased tokens never expire and work for any repository
Trial Credits
Free trial credits refresh weekly but expire at end of week
Refunds
Generally not available due to instant delivery, except for technical failures
Price Changes
We'll notify you 30 days before any pricing changes
6. Who Owns What
You Own

- • Your analysis results
- • Your account data
We Own
- • PViz platform & code
- • Analysis algorithms
- • Brand & trademarks
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep PViz running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:
- •100% uptime or zero errors
- •Perfect parsing for all code structures
- •Specific analysis completion times
8. Liability Limits
PViz is provided "as is." We're not liable for:
- • Decisions made based on analysis results
- • Service interruptions or data loss
- • Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Account Termination
Either party can terminate at any time:
You Can Delete Your Account
- • All data removed within 30 days
- • Unused tokens are forfeited (non-refundable)
- • Download your results before deleting
We Can Suspend/Terminate
- • If you violate these terms
- • For abuse or illegal activity
- • With notice when possible
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of major changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
