1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PViz ("Service") as provided by Kaybaum Solutions ("Provider"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use PViz for analyzing code repositories subject to the following restrictions:

• You must have the legal right to analyze any repository you submit
• You may not use the service to analyze repositories you do not own or have permission to analyze
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying analysis algorithms
• You may not use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

PViz offers both token-based and per-repository pricing models:

• Token Packs: Purchased tokens do not expire and can be used for any repository analysis
• Per-Repository Pricing: One-time payment for analyzing a specific repository
• Trial Credits: Free trial credits are provided weekly during trial period and expire at the end of each week
• Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of analysis results, refunds are generally not available except in cases of technical failure
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data:

• Source Code: Your source code is processed in isolated containers and deleted immediately after analysis
• Analysis Results: We store analysis metadata (functions, imports, dependencies) but not your source code
• Access Tokens: GitHub access tokens are used once during analysis and never stored
• Personal Information: We collect minimal personal information (email, payment details) as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided code), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kaybaum Solutions. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to your source code and analysis results. We claim no ownership over any code you analyze.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Analyze repositories containing illegal, harmful, or malicious code
• Attempt to overwhelm or harm our infrastructure through excessive requests
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• 100% parse accuracy
• Compatibility with all repository structures or configurations
• Specific analysis completion times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaybaum Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or delays
• Decisions made based on analysis results
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Unused tokens are non-refundable
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may request a copy of your analysis results before deletion

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
